Can you synchronize the playback "queue" and currently playing podcast state?

I’ve been synchronizing AntennaPod with Nextcloud, and it seems to mostly work. However, there are two big things that don’t seem to work:

  1. The playback “queue” isn’t synchronized between devices.
  2. The state of the currently playing podcast isn’t synchronized (i.e., time that playback stopped).

These are both important to me as I often switch between 2 different mobile devices, and I would like the two to have the exact same state (or as close as possible…).

Does anyone have a work-a-round for these issues?
