Database import error

App version: 3.1.2 (F-Droid), 3.2.0 (F-Droid and Google Play) and 3.3.2 (F-Droid and Google Play)

Android version: 14 (GrapheneOS)

Device model: Pixel 7 Pro

Expected behaviour:

  • Export database from Google Play version 3.2.0.
  • Import database in F-Droid version 3.3.2
  • Success

Current behaviour:
On import I get an error saying:
Export[yes, not Import?] error
open failed: ENOENT (No such file or directory)

I’ve tried importing the same database in all version mentioned above, except 3.2.0 from Google Play since I can’t install older versions there. I also have an older database that works fine to import. Also opened the database file with sqlite3 and can see that it has data in it.

If someone has any ideas or if I can somehow do a partial import I’d be vary grateful. Already started over once from scratch, which was not fun (not due to an anything to do with AntennaPod but only my own stupidity for not having saved a backup of my database).

First occurred: today

How do you select the database? Do you use any third party file manager for that?

Doh, thank you  for pointing me in the right direction. I used Nextcloud and it had apparently removed it locally in the few minutes it took me to change version.
