https://hosted.weblate.org/checks/ are the checks for the entire Hosted Weblate instance.
Pontoon splits the translation field into half the available horizontal space. This inserts breaks arbitrarily.
That means more line-shifts between having to track different parts of a string and a translation.
Weblate has issues too, but it is the best we have.

As much as the original strings explain things “well enough”, the effect is that of making any one thing “more than clear”, resulting in everything becoming diffuse.
The nb_NO translations and some of the others are in way worse shape.
A generational loss is to be expected, but a lot of it has to do with the tool used.
Similarly, I uniquely will probably have made some mistakes to that effect.
Just look at the things I caught briefly proofreading my own edit.
