Nextcloud Syncing Error

App version: 2.6.2 (F-Droid)

Android version: 9.0 (e/OS)

Device model: Redmi Note 4(mido)

Expected behaviour: After signing in with Nextcloud all my podcasts and status should be synchronized and should be visible in the app.

Current behaviour: After signing in with the Nextcloud, I get “Failed” Message on the Synchronization Page and no matter when and how many times you press Synchronization Now & Force full synchronization nothing is shown in the app.

First occurred: 2 Days ago

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to Synchronization Page
  2. Then sign in with your Nextcloud Account

Environment: I’m using good internet connection and my Nextcloud Account is active and have no issues whatsoever though I don’t self-host my own Server on Nextcloud.

What error message do you get in the notification area of your device?

Is the sync plugin installed on that Nextcloud server, then?

I don’t think you can usually install plugins in nextcloud instances that are not self-hosted
