# Option to hide played episodes

**App version** : 3.11.4 (9286bfb5f) (Google Play)

**Problem you may be having, or feature you want** :

There are a few podcasts that I stream in oldest\>newest order and I have sorted them accordingly so that the oldest episodes are at the top. However, as one of the podcasts has hundreds of episodes I now have to scroll down quite far in order to get to the next unplayed episode.

**Suggested solution** :

Provide an option to “hide played episodes”. When active, episodes that have been marked as played will be hidden from the list of episodes for that subscription. Unchecking that option will show them again.

Additionally, individual episodes should be unhidden when unmarked as played.
