Problem you may be having, or feature you want:
Currently, subscribing to podcasts or long-form video feeds via OPML requires importing a static file. However, many RSS services, such as FreshRSS, offer dynamic OPML files that automatically update when the subscription list changes. Without the ability to subscribe to a dynamic OPML URL, users must manually re-import the file whenever their subscriptions are updated.

Suggested solution:
Add support for dynamic OPML file subscriptions by enabling users to enter a URL .

What is your use case? Why would you not maintain your list of subscriptions via AntennaPod itself after the initial OPML import?

Also, what happens to deletions? Sounds quite risky to just delete your entire playback history if a subscription disappears from the list. Synchronization with a server sounds more like an application of actual sync, not just an opml file.
