Welcome to the AntennaPod community forum, and thanks for reporting this.
I noticed the same just last night as well. And my impression is that this happens to quite a few episodes being published (as I think there’s plenty of episodes with long titles).
For example this super interesting Glitch episode with Payal Arora (about tech like Spotify in non-western worlds).
I guess something is off with the margin settings there. I’ve created an issue for this on GitHub:
