# Will AntennaPod read from an already created directory of .mp3?

Hello there,
I’m browsing around for a podcast app after never using one before. I’ve been using MusicBee to download podcasts into a folder and using my FiioM6 (android digital audio player) to play the files from a folder. However some of my podcasts are 600+ episodes long and the Fiio doesn’t seem to like that.
What I’m wondering is, I have on my Fiio folders of podcasts already downloaded and ready to listen to. If I install AntennaPod can I populate a podcast subscription with the files I already have? Or will it have to download all of them again?

You can add a local folder that will be shown among the other “actual” podcasts.
