ability to set a podcast to not push new episodes to the inbox

There are a few podcasts that I like to keep an eye on or occasionally pick or choose an episode. However, I am not an avid subscriber /listener of that podcast. I like it so it doesn’t send those episodes to my inbox. I would visit them and pull an episode only when I wanted to. Maybe instead of subscribing to them I could “follow” them and they would even show up on different lists, but that’s not absolutely necessary.

Maybe you could tag them, disable updating each of them and change behavior for new episode to nothing for when you manually refresh. Don’t know if it would be a good work around for you?

Right now, I think the closest workaround is to add the podcast, disable auto-download, and set new episode notifications to “off.” It’s not perfect, but it keeps it in your library without the inbox clutter. A proper “follow” feature would be cleaner though.
