Action for new episodes not available

App version: Google Play

Android version: 15

Device model: Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra 5G

Expected behaviour: Being able to change setting “action for new episodes” This only affects some of the channels, not all of them. What is the problem please?

Current behaviour: Not being able to change setting “action for new episodes”

First occurred: (e.g. about x days/weeks ago) about 2 months ago

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Click any channel
  2. Go to settings

Environment:No changes at all

That’s because automatic download is enabled and changing the new episode action doesn’t make sense then. For details, read the text that you circled.

Well yes, I have automatic download turned on, but I do want to episode to be added to the playlist queue as well, not just to “downloaded”.

Yes, it says it will download new episodes and add them to the playlist queue, but it does not work.. For example, there is ZIJEME SCIFI - auto download is on, the new episode was released 19.06. and it is not in my queue. Auto refresh is set for every 2 hours. I restarted the app few times to make sure it is not there and waited 24 hours. it is still not there.

It is still in the inbox and not downloaded. The most likely cause for not getting downloaded is that you reached the limit of episodes to be auto-downloadedy as configured in the settings

Thank you, I did not know there is such a setting! I changed it now, I hope the problem will be solved.
