Adding a menu or selection button that allows playback speed in the Android Auto screen

I believe the playback speed, while playing in Android Auto, is the one that was last set in the app. However, it would be nice to have some way of confirming that in the Android Auto UI, as well as a way to change it.

Google Podcasts as well as Spotify have a similar setting within Android Auto. This addition to AntennaPod would be great.

Iā€™m a new AntennaPod user so forgive me if this is already in there somewhere. I searched around and could not identify it.

EDIT: Also, is there a way to refresh available podcasts within Android Auto? I only see those that were on the app last with no way of getting a new list.
