App stopped

App version: Ver 2.6.1. Thru googleplay (state whether from Google Play/F-Droid/Custom built APK)

Android version: 12(Please mention if you are using a custom rom!)

Device model: redmi note 10 pro

Expected behaviour: play podcast that has been downloaded

Current behaviour: stops playing during . When attempted to play again, it cannot and states “error searched too many bytes”

First occurred: 4 weeks

Steps to reproduce:

1. This
2. Then that
3. Then this
4. Etc.

Environment: no change to settings. Listening through different Bluetooth earphones

Seems like the downloaded file is incomplete or bad. I would try to download it again and if it stills failed to retrieve it and test it with another audio player to confirm the problem is with the file (or not).

Edit : with your screenshot I managed to find the podcast and episode you’re listening to. The episode is 1:50:49 long but yours seems to be around 1:54.
