Hello:

Can someone inform me how to backup my AntennaPod-data [favourite-podcast-episodes, etc.] to a PC?
Many thanks in advance.

{I am using Android 10, standard.}

AntennaPod Settings → Storage → Import/Export

If you have Dropbox or Google Drive you can save your backup (Settings → Storage → Import/Export) directly to one of these. Then you can access the backup on your PC.
