Can't download on home WiFi

Expected behaviour: Download podcasts over home Wifi

Current behaviour: Status:
The server connection was lost before completing the download

Technical details:
Download completed but size: 639690 does not equal expected size 139106496

First occurred: today

Steps to reproduce: happens every time I try to download

Environment: Standard, haven’t changed anything. Downloads work fine over 5G. Have rebooted router with no effect. Have pasted the podcast URL into browser to check and it plays absolutely fine, so it’s not an issue with the podcast server. I have no firewall on my router and I’m not using a VPN.

Same problem. I would add that other podcasts are downloaded correctly at the same time.
The problems are from the same distributor (for me) https://www.onepodcast.it/; every day, randomly, some podcasts are not downloaded from wifi.

I’m having the same problem - download fails and details state that the size was unexpected.

This might be your ISP or their ISP - looks like downloads aren’t completing and getting interrupted, or the RSS isn’t set up correctly - saying the file is bigger than it should be.

Did it work since you posted?

Not sure which of us you’re replying to but mine still doesn’t work. I’ve given up trying!

No. It keeps trying, but it can’t download most podcasts.
