App version: 2.0.0-RC7 from Play Store
I want to be able to drag the progress of the podcast from notification in android 10+

That feature was already implemented but it will not be shipped in 2.0.0. Soon after 2.0.0 is released, the beta versions for 2.1.0 will start, having that feature 
The reason is that we have to stop accepting new features for a version at some point – otherwise, it will never be ready for release.
