Is it possible to keep the downloaded feed images and stop antennaPod from refreshing them?
I don’t need this weeks images for a podcast but just a way to identify the podcast in the grid.

Are you referring to image for episodes or for subscriptions?
For episodes list there is a setting in user interface to disable episodes cover and use subscriptions covers in episodes lists.
For subscriptions covers if a podcast change it weekly as far as I know there is no way to prevent it.
