Do listening stats take into account playback speed?

I’ve tried searching and haven’t been able to find an answer to this question: do listening stats take into account playback speed? i.e. if I listen to an hour long podcast at 2x speed does it count as half an hour or an hour?

Another way of phrasing it is: are the stats measuring how much of a podcast I’ve listened to or how long I’ve actually spent listening to it?

They don’t take the speed into account (but they do multiple plays). The idea is to see how many podcast minutes you went through and not how many real-world minutes you wasted :wink:
