I think it would be good to have the drawer UI as the home page. The drawer already has all the sections of the home page (downloads, episodes, inbox and subscriptions, etc.) and to me, it seems a little redundant to have a drawer, I would just make it the home page.
Since unplayed episodes can be marked with a number in the subscription section of the drawer, this would allow you to get rid of episodes and inbox from the drawer UI and lastly, I think playback history can just be replaced with settings or favorites because if users want to re-listen to an episode they can just favorite it.
I know we can customize the home page but for some reason I just end up going back to the drawer, it just has a more organized look. Thanks for taking the time to read my feedback, I’m really enjoying AP, keep up the great work!!!
