How come some of my podcasts are “edited” when played on your app, i have to listen to some episodes over on spotify to hear the full episode?

AntennaPod doesn’t alter anything. It just download (or stream) file provided by rss.
I would suggest to try downloading an episode with browser to check if the same thing happens ?
