Episodes appear in inbox, but will not auto download and appear in play queue

Steps to reproduce:

- Etc.
Every time Antennapod is opened. If there is an episode available, it’s in inbox. Settings are to auto download in any state - wifi or cellular, charging or not - but this is not occurring in the background even though settings are such that is’s what should be happening. Episodes must currently be manually downloaded individually from Inbox listing.
Environment: (Settings you have changed (e.g. Auto Download). “Unusual” devices you use (e.g. Bluetooth headphones). Did you select another media player?)
Only change is a new set of bluetooth headphones perhaps 2 months ago, but this was NOT occurring for at least the first few weeks or so of their use. I don’t believe they’re the issue as they are not connected full time, I do connect to other previously used bluetooth devices which have not changed or been updated in many months at the very least.
