Episodes suddenly self-delete

App version: x.y.z (state whether from Google Play/F-Droid/Custom built APK)

Android version: 5.x (Please mention if you are using a custom rom!)

Device model: Android phone (moto 6 power)

Expected behaviour: play episode…listen 'til it ends or I delete it.

Current behaviour: episode is deleted suddenly (without my doing) and playing suddenly stops in mid-listen

First occurred: (e.g. about x days/weeks ago)

at least 6 months ago.

Steps to reproduce: I’m not sure because it doesn’t happen all the time. It happens probably once every couple weeks, but sometimes it’s happened twice in one day.

  1. This
  2. Then that
  3. Then this
  4. Etc.

Environment: (Settings you have changed (e.g. Auto Download). “Unusual” devices you use (e.g. Bluetooth headphones). Did you select another media player?)

I haven’t changed anything since I started listening on Antennapod years ago.

Do you use features like “episode cleanup” or “automatic deletion” (these are two different settings)?
