Expected behaviour:
Search for new Episodes

Current behaviour:
Update fails

First occurred: (e.g. about x days/weeks ago)
About 2 weeks ago

Steps to reproduce:

  1. This try to change podcast adresses
  2. Then that
  3. Then this
  4. Etc.

Environment: (Settings you have changed (e.g. Auto Download). “Unusual” devices you use (e.g. Bluetooth headphones). Did you select another media player?)

Something is messing with your network connection. Try another WiFi network and disable VPN, ad blocker, etc

I have tried it on differen networks. On another device in the same network it works without problems. I receive the error message “the podcast hosts server sent a website not a podcast file”. Here an example of an concerned podcast adress: Die Wochendämmerung

What happens if you open that link in your web browser?

The feed can be opened in the browser without any problems. It also works with other podcast apps on the same device.

Still an issue? Subscribing to chaosradio in AntennaPod 2.7.1 works for me.

No, the cause of the problem was a broken SD card.
