Hourly episodes accumulate and clog the inbox

I am subscribed to BBC hourly news. A few months ago all was fine - the latest episode was in the inbox and older episodes were cleared away. However now all the episodes remain and clog the inbox. Worse - they appear in a messy order, which requires to check which is latest one through all the 20+ episodes just of the last 24 hours. See attached screenshot (or use the Google Drive link of it https://drive.google.com/file/d/13MBf7rHoe0KHorIDrCnlMXa-6I-2MGyk/view?usp=drivesdk ).

Crash info:

BBC Hourly changed something on their RSS feed, probably. This isn’t an antennapod issue I think.

Can you just swipe the unwanted episodes away in the Inbox? Or multi-select the unwanted episodes choose and remove from inbox?

There was a post a couple months back regarding CBC - they do similar with a single entry on their RSS feed that gets updated every hour.

I workaround this issue. Every morning now I locate and download the latest episode (all 24 episodes bloat the inbox), and then I go to subscriptions tab, find the podcast and remove ALL its episodes from the inbox.
I know it is not a bug of Antennapod. I just wonder whether we can add a feature to Antennapod, that for each podcast the user can set in advance how many recent episodes should be visible in the box (and the earlier episodes be removed).
Can this be added?.
