how to set up for not removing from the list after listenning

In Settings | Downloads there is a toggle named ‘Auto Delete’ with the description ‘Delete episode when playback completes’. Is that what you are looking for?

This appears to be the same as the “Option of no auto deleting queue” request. The played podcasts are listed in Playback History and can be replayed from there. What are you trying to accomplish with this feature request?
