Is it possible to get a transcript of the podcasts?

Hi,

Is it possible to get a transcript of the segments? Or is there some “button” to press and get the written description?

It’s a bit hard for me to understand just from hearing.

Welcome to the AntennaPod community!
If the podcaster publishes a transcript, you can view it through these steps:

  1. Open the full player screen
  2. Tap on the three dots in the top-right
  3. Choose ‘Show transcript’ (if you don’t see it, it means the podcast doesn’t publish it)

If the podcast doesn’t publish it, you’re out of luck; there’s no way to request (an AI) to generate the transcript of a given episode.

You can ask the podcaster to start doing so, though. You can point them to Podcasting 2.0 for podcasters and Transcript - Podcast Namespace - Podcasting 2.0
