I’ve just installed AntennaPod, I was wondering if there is a web version for this app.
If not how can I listen episodes on web with synced playback history?

Thanks for chipping in, and welcome to the AntennaPod community! Our group of volunteers doesn’t maintain a ‘web version’. There are a few web-podcast-players that we would love to synchronise with, so that you can continue listening on one and the other device. But unfortunately a sync with any of these web players is not implemented (yet).
I hope to put together some developers to at least make it easier to implement such synchronisation. But I’m afraid that won’t lead to actual relevant sync options in AntennaPod any time soon.
