Is there a limit to the number of registered channels?
Also, is there a limit to the number of icons displayed for registered channels?
In the latest version (3.4.0/Android 13), there is a program that is registered but the icon is not displayed.
There’s no limit to the number of subscriptions you can add to AntennaPod. It’ll just be slower if really add a lot (like 500).
The cache (in which the podcast cover images are stored) is limited: 250 MB if you have 2GB or more space available on your device, otherwise it’ll be capped to 50 MB. (Source)
While it is possible to hit that maximum, if you have only few subscriptions that’s not likely to happen. It’s also possible that a podcast no longer has a cover image since a long time, but that it’s disappeared only now because the image was cached on your phone for a long time.
