At first I thought the currently playing episode isn’t highlighted at all but when I looked closely I noticed the blue hue. It’s pretty hard to see though since the contrast between the two colors is so minimal.
Therefore my suggestion is to make the currently playing episode more obvious when using Dark Mode.
