Max concurrent download setting

Problem you may be having, or feature you want:

On slower internet connections, attempting to mass download backlog episodes results in it attempting to simultaneously download them all at once.

This results in ad hoc download failures that are not obvious from skimming episode entries until you later attempt to play an episode and it will change icon from play to download.

Suggested solution:

A maximum concurrent download X number setting

e.g. X = 1: only download 1 episode at once, then start the next download after prior completed

On my very first use of the app, I attempted to download 28 episodes, which all just stood there in limbo for the next few hours. Connection was weak at the time. Cancelling all, then doing them one by one was the only way to do it. At least I could stagger the downloads, starting the next while the current was still downloading, but only manually. Not a big deal for 28 episodes, but I definitely wouldn’t bother doing this for over 100 :grin:.
