I’ve been using antennapod mostly on my old phone. When that died last month i switched to main phone. last week I was able to get the old device working again and exported the old database.
In the past ive also ex- and reimported the database from the old phone to the new phone in infrequent intervals.
Is there a way to somehow merge the old database with the new one? as it would suck to lose about 1 month of the listening data?
No, that’s not really possible. Most experiments would probably just mess up the database and cause problems that surface only later
Yeah i thought so.
I’ve now imported the old backup and at least marked the new things as played and will continue from this.
Sucks to lose some stats (but all in all it is not that important anyways).
