It’s clunky, but if you long tap an episode in the queue, the context menu presents the options to send it to top and bottom. Better yet would be being able to drag them up or downwards. Not there yet. And even better would be the option to drag up or down a whole bunch of them.
The option to drag is there, unless you have locked your queue
