New feature in 3.9.0 release: vtt support for transcripts

I installed the latest version (3.9.0).
I see the following feature in the release notes:

  • Add vtt support for transcripts (@Shaac)

Could you tell me where this feature is available (screen, menu, …)?

If the podcast host provides transcripts, they are displayed on the player screen’s 3-dot-menu
