New released episodes are not shown in the inbox section.

Expected behaviour: New episodes that have been released should be shown in the inbox section

Current behaviour: nothing is being shown.

First occurred: I don’t remember exactly, but the inbox section hasn’t been working since I installed it.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. This
  2. Then that
  3. Then this
  4. Etc.

Environment: (Settings you have changed (e.g. Auto Download). “Unusual” devices you use (e.g. Bluetooth headphones). Did you select another media player?)

Did you have a look at Getting started – AntennaPod?

Yes, since subscribing, I’ve been following at least 40 podcasts that regularly release new episodes. However, these new episodes aren’t showing up in my inbox. I have to manually go to each podcast’s page and add the new episodes to my playback queue.

Do you have auto-download enabled? What do you have selected as the “new episode action” setting?

Thank you very much for your guidance. The “new episode action” was on the “Add to queue”. I selected the “Add to inbox”. don’t know why I didn’t pay attention to this option.
