Problem you may be having, or feature you want: Some of the podcasts I listen to have unwanted background noises, which can cause issues like tinnitus from a medical perspective. Is there a way to block these noises? Even if it’s not in real-time, noise filtering could be applied to podcasts downloaded through an app.

Are you saying that the podcasts themselves contain unwanted noise? If so, you’ll want to contact the podcast producers about that. It wouldn’t be logical for the various podcast apps to add noise-reduction capabilities to deal with defects in the podcasts.
