Option to not show episodes images

Problem you may be having, or feature you want:
To have a “list view”, in which episodes images are not shown nor fetched. This may be a nice UI, and it saves a bit of data.

In settings (user interface) you can disable episodes covers for lists. Instead podcasts covers would be used.
Still episodes covers would be displayed in player for instance.
