After playing an episode that was not queued, episodes from queue should automatically start playing if continuous playback is enabled.
As it is now, when I play an episode that I have not added to my queue, when that episode ends, nothing starts playing. This is despite having continuous playback enabled and downloaded episodes in my queue.
The queue should serve as an at-the-ready playlist and start playing automatically when an episode ends.
