Playback bar sometimes jumps to next episode, sometimes doesn't

When I click on the playback bar at the bottom of the page, most of the time it automatically jumps to the next episode. However, occasionally it opens the playback page for the current episode instead of jumping to the next one. This behavior is inconsistent and confusing.

Steps to Reproduce

  • Navigate to [Specific page where this occurs, if applicable].
  • Click on the playback bar at the bottom of the screen.

Expected Behavior

  • Always open the playback page for the current episode.

The behavior is inconsistent: sometimes it jumps to the next episode, and other times it opens the current episode’s playback page.

As far as I know, tap on mini player should always open player screen. Sounds strange that it could forward to next episode.

Does it happen on any screens?

Yes, when I’m in playback mode and click on the playback controls, it quickly opens the current interface and then automatically jumps to and plays the next episode. It’s indeed very strange because it’s not consistently reproducible.
