Playstore ratings ticking up for AP

I looked at the latest ratings on the Playstore and AP is at 4.8! I remember an older thread talking about whether AP would ever get there given there are always unhappy users.

Am I mis-remembering that? Is this a new high in terms of ratings?

I think Google now displays a different rating to different users, depending on device, language, etc
