Podcast ending early

I’m having a repeat issue of the player not playing the whole episodes. Various episodes of several pods are ending early.

Hi,
the description of your bug is not really clear or evocative, so I’m gonna piggyback of it to talk about mine :slight_smile:

App version: 3.5.0-beta1
Android version: 13
Device Model: Fairphone 3+
Expected behaviour: After the conclusion of the podcast, then there are some ads (iHeart…) and then the streaming stops with 0:00 left at seekbar.
Actual behaviour: streaming stops with 0:00 left at seekbar, but in the middle of the podcast, sometimes in the middle of a sentence.
First occured: I’m not sure, but a least a week. It happened 3 to 4 times that i remember.
Steps to reproduce:

  1. Stream a podcast
  2. Listen to the end
  3. The end is cut off and we left bereft of a closure.

Environment :
Wifi/4G, audio jack… I doesn’t happen everytime, but enough to notice.

Same problem here. Along with skipping and looping.
Pixel 8 pro.
