Hola a todas las personas usuarias de AntennaPod y oyentes de podcasts de RNE.
En las últimas semanas he estado en contacto con varias personas pertenecientes a RTVE al respecto del asunto de este hilo. Después de hablar con personas del departamento de la Defensora de la Audiencia he acabado en contacto con la Dirección Plataformas y Servicios Digitales y, tras hablar sobre el problema y explicarles la naturaleza del proyecto de AntennaPod, me han comunicado hoy mismo que tras analizar el proyecto han comprobado que cumple con las condiciones que RTVE ha establecido para el uso de sus feeds RSS. Por lo que me han transmitido, en unos días se levantará el bloqueo.
Al no poder contactar con las personas responsables de AntennaPod (yo tampoco he sabido si había alguna persona concreta a la que dirigirse) me han hecho llegar las condiciones concretas de RTVE para el uso de los feeds RSS, así que las comparto aquí tal y como las he recibido para conocimiento de la comunidad (y si alguien sabe a quién se le pueden hacer llegar, le agradeceré que lo haga):
- RTVE permite el acceso al feed RSS con el único fin de reproducir sus contenidos.
- Los Contenidos de RTVE deberán presentarse íntegros y sin alteraciones, manteniendo su título, descripción, créditos, imagen de portada y metadatos proporcionados por RTVE.
- RTVE conserva todos los derechos de propiedad intelectual y de explotación sobre los Contenidos.
Los Reproductores no podrán:
· Modificar, editar o fragmentar los Contenidos
· Eliminar o alterar los créditos, menciones o logotipos de RTVE
· Usar los Contenidos para la creación de obras derivadas sin autorización expresa.- Los Reproductores no podrán insertar publicidad propia antes, durante o después de los Contenidos de RTVE, ni explotarlos comercialmente de forma directa o indirecta.
RTVE se reserva el derecho de incluir en sus audios mensajes de patrocinio, promociones institucionales o publicidad propia, que deberán ser respetados por los Reproductores.- RTVE podrá solicitar a los Reproductores acceso a métricas de consumo (descargas, reproducciones, suscripciones) siempre que sea técnicamente posible, con el fin de medir la audiencia de sus programas.
- El presente marco se entiende vigente desde el momento en que un Reproductor accede a los Contenidos de RTVE.
RTVE podrá revocar en cualquier momento la autorización de uso en caso de incumplimiento de estas condiciones.

Hello to all AntennaPod users and RNE podcast listeners.
Over the last few weeks, I have been in contact with several people at RTVE regarding the subject of this thread. After speaking with people from the Audience Ombudsman’s department, I ended up contacting the Digital Platforms and Services Department. After discussing the problem and explaining the nature of the AntennaPod project, they informed me today that, after analyzing the project, they have verified that it complies with the conditions established by RTVE for the use of its RSS feeds. From what they have told me, the block will be lifted in a few days.
As I was unable to contact the people responsible for AntennaPod (I didn’t know if there was a specific person to contact), they sent me RTVE’s specific conditions for the use of RSS feeds, so I am sharing them here as I received them for the community’s information (and if anyone knows who to send them to, I would appreciate it if you could do so):
- RTVE allows access to the RSS feed for the sole purpose of reproducing its content.
- RTVE content must be presented in its entirety and without alterations, maintaining its title, description, credits, cover image, and metadata provided by RTVE.
- RTVE retains all intellectual property and exploitation rights over the Content.Reproducers may not:· Modify, edit, or fragment the Content· Remove or alter RTVE credits, mentions, or logos· Use the Content to create derivative works without express authorization.
- Players may not insert their own advertising before, during, or after RTVE Content, nor may they exploit it commercially, either directly or indirectly. RTVE reserves the right to include sponsorship messages, institutional promotions, or its own advertising in its audio files, which must be respected by the Players.
- RTVE may request access to consumption metrics (downloads, plays, subscriptions) from Reproducers whenever technically possible, in order to measure the audience of its programs.
- This framework shall be understood to be in force from the moment a Player accesses RTVE Content.
RTVE may revoke the authorization for use at any time in the event of a breach of these conditions.
