Skip silence: where to find it?

Device model: Pixel 6

I hear that there’s an option to toggle “skip silence” in the options menu for each episode. I’ve not been able to find this option. Can someone tell me what buttons to press?

You can toggle it in player view, tap on speed button to see it.
