Too many follow-up requests: 21

I noticed that one of my subscriptions stopped publishing podcasts in the app but they were still appearing on You Tube. When I tried to refresh the subscription I got the message:

IO error

Technical reason:

Too many follow-up requests: 21

I have unsubscribed and tried to resubscribe to the podcast but I cannot resubscribe and get the error above instead.

Is this something that anybody is familiar with and can be resolved? I found one old article from 2022 referring to the same issue but there was no resolution.

Hi! The issue is not related to AntennaPod. The podcast server is misconfigured. You should report the issue to the podcast publisher.
