Use consistent images for each podcast

v3.11.0, Google Play Podcast episodes from the same podcast have different icons/images. Use a consistent icon so we can tell easily which podcast the episode is from.

App version: x.y.z (state whether from Google Play/F-Droid/Custom built APK)

There is a setting to ignore the episode covers that the podcasters set and instead show the main podcast image in lists
