Should they be different?
They basically do the same thing: Downloading files from a web server. I do see why it could make sense to have two different notifications but currently having only one is the easier way 
Thinking about it, yeah. In my old player I would refresh and then check downloading %. Since I’ve moved over it’s just refresh and go do something else.
