Is it possible not to have the cover (either podcast or episode) shown on the Lockscreen and have the chosen default Lockscreen background (as shown under Settings) instead?

I found this topic: Cover on Lockscreen

However in my settings I don’t see the “Set lockscreen background option”. I do seem to remember that it was there in the past. How do I get it back?

I can’t add a comment there, as I’m not a contributor.

But this seems wrong. I don’t want ANY app changing my background images. Even worse if it’s not optional…
