Local Folder Multi Select Delete still not Working

Expected behaviour:Deleting files in a local folder by tapping the delete button of the ‘Multi select’ pop-up box should delete the selected files.

Current behaviour:Selecting ‘Delete’ after having initiated ‘Multi select’ in a local folder does nothing, whether one file is highlighted or many.

First occurred: ca. mid 2025, was definitely working before, already reported, but automatically closed, yet still not fixed:

Steps to reproduce:

  1. In AP, open a local folder containing multiple AP compatible audio files.

  2. Long press on a file and choose ‘Multi select’, which highlights that file.

  3. Choose ‘Delete’ from the popup box.

  4. Take note that the file was not deleted and remains highlighted.

  5. Highlight (by selecting) multiple files and attempt to delete them.

  6. Take note that the files are not deleted and remain highlighted.
