Pause on Android Auto

Android version: 12
OS version: 4.9.292-gab4493f31457-ab8272301
AntennaPod version: 2.7.1
Model: Pixel 3a
Device: sargo
Product: sargo
Android Auto version: 8.2.623924-release

Expected behaviour:
While playing on AndroidAuto, pressing the Pause button should remain on the “playing” screen, and allow you to press a play button to resume.

Current behaviour:
Pressing the Pause button closes the “playing” screen and goes back to the queue. There doesn’t appear to be any indication of which item in the queue is the “now playing one”

First occurred:
I have only just started using the app in the last few days, and I think it has worked this way the entire time.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Connect phone the Android Auto head unit.
  2. Open AntennaPod and start playing an episode.
  3. Press the pause button.
  4. Screen changes to the queue.

Environment:
Connecting to Sony XAV-AX5000

Other
It sounds like there used to be a stop button, and it was replaced with a pause button (from this topic), so I assume it is meant to stay on the now playing screen.
