New episode action

I subscribe to NPR News Now, a short hourly (24 per day) podcast providing current news stories in brief. There is no point in having more than one episode in Inbox or Downloads as it’s news. Anything older than the most current episode is obsolete.

I am new to AntennaPod, coming from PodKicker, where it is possible to keep only one episode. Is this possible in AntennaPod?

BTW, as a long time and current IT professional, I look forward to volunteering as soon as I get a little familiar with AntennaPod. I love putting. New features into old code!

welcome to AP forum! This request is a long standing one that has gotten a lot of discussions and there is an existing GitHub issue as well Option to have only the latest episode
